Back from Central Japan Tour on last friday 11.30pm!! :D:D Had a wonderful tour with the tour members as well as Ah Joe, our tour leader plus tour guide. He studied n worked in Japan and had just been back in Singapore for 2 yrs. Hence, we did not have a foreign tour guide. Everything was done by him. Superb! :D

Thats Ah Joe! :D27 March 2010, Reached Changi Airport at about 9.15pm to gather. Then checked-in and a small briefing. After that was abit of free time before boarding the ANA plane. Our departure time was 2325. The plane also has TV which showed a camera filming the front view of the plane when flying off and landing. COOL! First time taking plane which has that! LOL! Then was abit of refreshment first. The crackers super nice. Then was sleeping time. Didn sleep much also cuz sitting at the window seat and the aircon was super cold. Nose like water tap. About 5plus in the morning Jap time, breakast was served. By the way, Japan time is one hr faster than SG. Not bad the breakfast.
28 March 2010, landed at Narita International Aiport. And took a bus journey of abt an hr to reach the domestic airport. Guess how many airports does Japan has. 99!!!! LOL! Ok our flight time was 11am and could not be pushed forward to 10am as it was quite busy that day. Hence, we grabbed some bites and off we go to Osaka! Once reached Osaka, we went to Osaka Castle whereby the war happened last time. Then, we also went to Harbourland and Nada Sake Breweries Museum. Bought a bottle of 梅酒 and 2 bottles of 米酒 over there. After that was Kobe Chinatown. Not much to buy there as those shops were mainly opened by Chinese. Just to take a look over at there. Last stop for the day was Shinsaibashi. A major shopping belt in downtown Osaka. Had our first meal of sushi over there recommended by Joe. Each plate is 130yen. NICE! :D:D After that shopped a while and lao ma bought takoyaki back to hotel for supper! First day stayed at Hyatt Regency Hotel! Beautiful! Btw, why my album in FB is called Ah No Ne is bcuz Singaporeans like to call Japanese AhNoNe. Cuz whenever u ask them a qns, they like to say AhNo.. Which means they are thinking wad to ans. Then their ans always like to end with a Ne.. Thats why we call them Ah No Ne! HAHA!
29 March 2010. Morning call at 6.15am. Went down for breakfast at 7am and departed at 8am. First stop at Nara deer park and Todaji Temple. Over there, there was a hole where we could crawl through. And if u managed to crawl through, MAKE A WISH! Then we went to take photos of the 樱花. I bought biscuits to feed the deer and once u bought the biscuits, they would all crowd around u!!!! LOL! After that, went to Kyoto to visit Nishijin Textile Center where there was a Kimono Fashion Show. Nice costumes. Then we had lunch there too. After that, we visited the Kyomizu Temple, 清水寺, where there were 3 flows of water. One for health, one for wealth and the other for studies. Of cuz drank all 3! HAHAHA! After that, we travelled for 2-3hrs if im not wrong to reach the bullet train station. There was this express train whereby it does not stop at our station and when it zoooommmm past, WOW! Damn fast can! LOL! Finally, we reached Nagoya station, 名古屋, and walked to our dinner place. We had steamboat for that night! That kind of weather eat steamboat = shiok! Then we proceeded to our hotel, Marriott Nagoya which was just above Takashimaya. Put our luggages and went to shop immediately cuz the shops all close at 8pm! Was finding for Burberry Blue Label and when reached, almost 8pm! Lucky Joe was there and we very fast jiu can buy le. Mama bought a bag and papa forgot to bring passport down. He had to go all the way back to hotel to bring his passport bcuz he signed under his name. Then the escalators all stopped and entrances were closed. Took a while to come back again! HAHA! So the staff only managed to knock off at 8.30pm! And the service was 5 stars!! Ok after that kor kor didn wan to walk anymore. So we 3 went out to the streets. Super cold. after a while jiu cant tahan then went back to the station to walk around. Found MAC!! Every country must try their mac de. LOL! Bought it and there's one new burger very nice! After that jiu went back n sleep. And this hotel was the best of all! :D
30 March 2010. today was Mt. Fuji day! Travelled quite long to reach there too. Was supposed to reach thereat abt 11am to have lunch. Budden we reached at 1130 or 12pm if im not wrong. Then there were so many ppl there already. So it was playing snow time while waiting! What was so shocking for everyone including ppl over there was that there's still snow when its end of march nearing april le. Last yr this time we definitely wont be able to see snow. Ok after a while we went to have our lunch! After lunch, we went to Gotemba Premium Outlets to shop. About 1 n a half hr. Levis was cheap but nth caught me. mama n papa each bought an Adidas shoes. NOthing for me! T_T Then we travelled to Mt. FUji le! Before we went to outlets, Joe said we were only able to go till the first level. However, after the outlets, he said we can go till the 4th level! 四合目 lehh!!!! We were the first grp to be able to go till the 4th level since last dec. Damn lucky can! And he said the groups who went there on the previous day did not even manage to go to the first level. And the last grp to have their LUNCH was at 5pm!! Cuz of traffic congestion. LOL! SO we were considered lucky le. Damn cold at the fourth level too! After that we went to our hotel, Kasugai View Hotel, to have our buffet dinner. Wore the Yukata down and took a grp photo too! Big crabs at the buffet! HAHA!
31 MArch 2010. Went to 忍野八海 in the morning cuz we didn manage to go there the previous day. At there, took some photos cuz the water super clean! Then we walked further in to take some more photos and mama saw the mud in the plantations. So she decided to take some. Budden when she brought it down to Tokyo, it melted! LOL! After that, we travelled to Yokohama which was just beside Tokyo to visit the Ramen Museum. In there, it was just like a 70s de cinema. We had the nicest ramen over there. even the tickets were bought by the vending machine! How efficient is Japan. LOL! After that, we visited Asakusa Kannon Temple. 浅草观音寺 which has a story behind it. Ask me if u wan to know! LOL! And if i take a photo of the big lantern which showed 雷門 it means I've been to Japan! :D:D Of cuz i took it! Shopped awhile over there as there was a street called Nakamise Shopping Street. After that we board the bus and travelled to Ameyoko Flea Market in Ueno. Things there cheap but most of the food are not fresh and items are made from China. So Joe recommended us not to buy! So we went to the shopping mall beside which is called wad matzusaka. Forgot the name ald hope i gt it right. And we found Agnes B! :D:D Kor Kor bought a backpack n I bought a bag for myself too! WooOhOo!! After that jiu board the bus and travel to Shinjuku 新宿. On the journey, there were sooooo many 樱花 for us to see and Joe said one sentence which everyone of us laughed. Kia Bo Tang Kua!!! HAHA! Cuz since the first day everybody like looking for it then like not alot to see also. But there were so many lah! It was just like their roadside trees. LOL! Ok after reaching Shinjuku, it was like their geylang! And some of the pub or clubs only allow Japanese cuz they were worried that foreigners might not understand their culture hence might create misunderstandings. Then, we went back to hotel. Tokyo de Prince Hotel. Put our luggages then came down immediately and walked over to have our dinner. Taiwanese style de dinner. Had much laughter over there too! execept for that the call was made to them saying that we're arriving but when were reached, the things were nt yet ready. But nvm, we still enjoyed! :D Then shopped around the street and i caught a few disney keychains!!! Yay! Went back hotel after that.
1st April 2010. Disneyland day! Reached there at 9plus and once go in jiu saw Mickey Mouse but he was running so fast away! Couldn't catch him. Then we straight away went to Space Mountain to take our fast pass. Cuz Joe said that was the nicest game of all. We took our ticket at abt 10am. And the time for us to return was 2.10pm-3.10pm. LOL! So we walked around taking photos and ate. The smoked turkey leg was superb! Then, we sat down in front of the castle for the 11am de show. Nice nice nice! Cuz there's pooh n frens! HAHAHA! After the show we then continued to walk around and kor kor bought this mickey mouse hat which was super cute lah! And we went to pooh's corner! :D Bought quite alot from there but was super ex sia. A super cute de pooh shirt cost me 40plus SGD! T_T Took some photos and it was time to go for our Space Mountain ride. Ok inside was very dark. When the ride was moving, total darkness and we could only follow the stars. LOL! Only dissapointment was that there was no sudden downward movement. Only right n left. Probably bcuz too dark so they cant do that. Then, we saw some other tour members which said the 3D not bad n queue not so long too. So we went there. Ok it was fantastic! there was a part where there were many mice duplicated and really can feel like gt mice biting u! And the last part the dog ahh choo and really gt water! LOL! After that jiu bought some coffee and tidbits, sat down and saw Woody! Went over to take photos with him and when it was time to go out, we saw some other characters too! Of cuz took photos with them lah! HAHA! After disneyland was bbq buffet. Ate the 150SGD one slice de Double A Kobe Beef! SUPER UPER NICE! :D:D:D Then went back to our hotel at Narita. Port Hotel.
2nd April 2010. Had breakfast at the hotel. Departed at abt 11am to Aeon Shopping Mall. Kor kor bought an Adidas shoe there. I saw a Nike one! Budden no size liao. last pair Uk6. T_T Aaaaaa!!!! Nvm.. Jusco supermarket! The vege super fresh. Of cuz mama bought some. LOL! Cabbage, Mushrooms, Carrot, Tomatoes and some others! Then we went to have our sashimi n sushi also recommended by Joe! Really nice sia.. Then was to Narita International Aiport le.. Checked-in and was free n easy time. Bought food again! :D Then jiu board the plane. About 7pm Japan time jiu have dinner. Of cuz refreshment before that! Then was sleeping time. At about 9plus almost 10pm SG time, they served Haagen Daz Ice-cream! It was super hard sia the ice-cream. It was like rock. HAHA! Ok then abt 11.30pm reached changi airport. Mama bought the henessy for her fren then collected our luggages at the belt and it took us 2 taxis home! Imagine how much we bought. LOL!
Overall, Japan was awesome! Had alot of fun there! Can I emigrate there?? Only that the things there are super ex! HAHA! There gt alot of ppl who like to 跳飞机. which means their allowed number of days in Japan was up but they did not leave the country. LOL! And i also got to know through Joe many Japan cultures and traditions. Good experience. Next trip to Hokkaido!!! HAHA! And i wan the same tour leader cum guide! But only if we have 20ppl then can request for the tour leader. Also i want some of the same tour members too! LOL!
